INFORMAÇÃO DE SEGURANÇA

SEGURANÇA COM A LÂMINA

AVISO

Rotating blade can cut and crush.  ALWAYS

keep hands and feet clear while operating

the saw.

CUIDADO

NEVER  operate the saw without blade

guards and covers in place. Exposure of

the diamond blade must not exceed 180

degrees.

Verify the engine start switch is set to the OFF position 

before installing a blade.

ALWAYS  inspect blade before each

use. The blade should exhibit no cracks,

dings, or ﬂ aws in the steel centered core

and/or rim. Center (arbor) hole must be

undamaged and true.

NOTICE

Use proper blades and follow blade manufacturer’s 

recommendations. Match the blade RPM (blade shaft

RPM) to the recommended blade surface feet per minute

(SFPM).

Ensure the 5/8" blade-mounting bolt is tightened to 125- 

175 foot lbs. of torque.

ALWAYS  examine blade flanges for damage and

excessive wear.

Ensure the blade is marked with an operating speed 

greater than the spindle speed of the saw.

Only cut the material that is speciﬁ ed for the diamond 

blade. Read the speciﬁ cation of the diamond blade to

ensure the proper tool has been matched to the material

being cut.

If wet cutting, ensure a  WET CUTTING blade is being

used and that the water supply system to the blade is

properly functioning and being used.

DO NOT  drop the diamond blade on ground or

surface.

Ensure that the blade is mounted for proper operating 

direction.

Adhere to the blade manufacturer’s recommendations 

on handling, storage and safe usage of blades.

SEGURANÇA DO MOTOR

AVISO

DO NOT  place hands or fingers inside

engine compartment when engine is

running.

NEVER  operate the engine with heat shields or

guards removed.

Keep ﬁ ngers, hands hair and clothing away 

from all moving parts to prevent injury.

ALWAYS  shut down the engine before

performing service or maintenance.

DO NOT  remove the engine oil drain plug while the

engine is hot. Hot oil will gush out of the oil tank and

severely scald any persons in the general area of the

saw.

CUIDADO

NEVER  touch the hot exhaust manifold,

mufﬂ er or cylinder. Allow these parts to cool

before servicing equipment.

Make certain the operator knows how to and is capable 

of turning the engine OFF in case of an emergency.

NOTICE

NEVER  run engine without an air ﬁ lter or with a dirty air

ﬁ lter. Severe engine damage may occur. Service air ﬁ lter

frequently to prevent engine malfunction.

NEVER  tamper with the factory settings

of the engine or engine governor. Damage

to the engine or equipment can result

if operating in speed ranges above the

maximum allowable.

A lâmina rotativa pode cortar e causar

esmagamento. Mantenha SEMPRE mãos e

pés afastados durante a operação da serra.

Verifique se o interruptor de partida está na posição DESL

antes de instalar a lâmina.

NUNCA opere a serra sem que as proteções

e coberturas estejam em seus lugares. A

parte exposta da lâmina não deve exceder

180 graus.

SEMPRE inspecione a lâmina antes de cada

operação. A lâmina não deve apresentar

rachaduras, mossas ou defeitos na parte

interior e/ou na borda de aço. O furo central

(eixo) precisa estar sem qualquer

danificação e bem ajustado.

NOTA

Use lâminas adequadas e siga as recomendações do

fabricante da lâmina. Iguale a RPM da lâmina (RPM do

eixo da lâmina) com a velocidade superficial recomendada

para a lâmina, em pés por minuto (SFPM).

Assegure-se de que o parafuso 5/8" de fixação da lâmina

está apertado com um torque de 125-175 libra-pé.

Examine SEMPRE os flanges da lâmina quanto a

danificação ou desgaste excessivo.

Assegure-se de que a velocidade operacional marcada na

lâmina é maior que a velocidade do eixo motor da serra.

Corte somente o material que está especificado para a

lâmina de diamante, Leia a especificação da lâmina para

se assegurar de que a ferramenta adequada foi escolhida

de acordo com o material a ser cortado.

Em caso de corte molhado, assegure-se de que a lâmina

para CORTE MOLHADO está sendo utilizada, e que o

sistema de suprimento de água funciona adequadamente e

está sendo usado.

Não derrube a lâmina de diamante no chão ou em qualquer

superfície.

Tenha certeza de que a lâmina esta montada na direção

correta da operação.

Siga as recomendações do fabricante da lâmina no que se

refere a manuseio, estocagem e utilização segura dela.

NÃO ponha mãos ou dedos dentro do

compartimento do motor quando ele estiver

operando.

NUNCA opere o motor com a sua blindagem ou as guardas

removidas.

Mantenha dedos, mãos, cabelos e roupas

longe de todas as peças móveis para evitar

acidente.

SEMPRE desligue o motor antes da execução

de conserto ou manutenção.

NÃO retire o tampão de drenagem do óleo do motor

enquanto o motor estiver quente. O óleo quente pode ser

expelido do tanque de óleo e queimar seriamente alguma

pessoa que estiver na área ao redor da serra.

NUNCA ponha o motor em funcionamento sem um filtro de

ar ou com ele sujo. Danificação séria pode ocorrer.

Verifique frequentemente o filtro de ar para evitar defeito no

motor.

NOTA

NUNCA altere os ajustes de fábrica do motor

ou do seu regulador. Pode resultar em dano

sério para o motor ou para o equipamento se

ele for operado em níveis de velocidade

acima do máximo permitido.

NUNCA toque no distribuidor, silencioso ou

cilindro quentes. Espere estas peças

esfriarem antes de trabalhar no equipamento.

Tenha certeza de que o operador sabe como, e é capaz de

DESLIGAR o motor em caso de alguma emergência.
